Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre Rules

To ensure that visitors, staff, and performers can enjoy a safe experience at the venue, there are several rules and policies that must be complied with. Any guests who breach the rules and policies may be asked to leave the venue. 

Before your visit to the Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the following rules and policies:

Prohibited items

The following items are not allowed into the Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre:

  • » Aerosol cans
  • » Alcohol
  • » Animals (except service animals)
  • » Cans
  • » Coolers
  • » Fireworks
  • » Frisbees, footballs, or other projectiles
  • » Glass bottles
  • » Glow wands
  • » GoPros
  • » Inflatable chairs
  • » iPads or tablets
  • » Illegal drugs
  • » Large blankets
  • » Laser pointers
  • » Outside lawn chairs
  • » Picnic baskets
  • » Professional cameras and video equipment
  • » Selfie sticks
  • » Weapons or sharp objects of any kind

Upon entry, the security team will conduct a bag check and any items that are deemed to be a risk to the safety or enjoyment of guests, will be banned at their discretion.

Bag policy

The venue has a strict bag policy and only bags that meet the following criteria will be allowed into the amphitheater:

  • » Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”)
  • » Clear PVC tote, clear plastic, or clear vinyl bags (no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”)

Smoking policy

Smoking is allowed in the plaza and lawn area. However, if other guests complain about smoking on the lawn, smokers may be asked to only smoke in the plaza area.

Concessions

There is a good choice of concessions at the venue, including:

You can also purchase a range of drinks including shaker cup cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Don’t forget to bring ID if you want to purchase alcohol.

Accessibility

There are several areas of the venue where accessible tickets are available. The venue has accessible restrooms and an accessible entrance. Accessible parking is available in the parking lot next to the main entrance and spaces are first come, first served, so it is recommended that you arrive early to secure a space. Any vehicles parking in the accessible spaces must have an accessible placard on view.

Service animals

Service dogs are permitted into the Skyla Credit Union, provided that they meet the ADA definition of service animals. Emotional support dogs and therapy dogs are not listed under Title III of the ADA definition of service dogs and are not allowed into the venue.

Sign Language Interpretation

Sign language interpretation services are provided but must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event by contacting the main venue number.

Assisted Listening Devices

Any guests who require an assisted listening device can use their own device with the venue’s Listen Everywhere Technology™. Alternatively, guests can request an assisted listening device from the guest services team.

Weather policy

The Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre has a “rain or shine” policy, so it is very rare that an event will be canceled due to poor weather conditions. As the venue is open-air without cover, if rain is forecast, it is a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. In the unlikely event that an event is canceled or postponed, ticketholders will be sent updates by email or text. The venue management team will also provide updates on social media.

Additional information

The venue is mobile-entry only, so make sure that you download your tickets to your mobile device prior to arriving.
